Our story
It started with a single bookcase
Secret Cave began in a small Toronto workshop with one commission: a bookcase that had to open onto a child’s hidden playroom. The joy on that family’s faces became our compass.
Today we are a team of designers, cabinetmakers and engineers creating concealed doors and secret rooms for homes across Canada — each one built by hand, each one entirely unique.

The workshop
Engineered to move. Built to last.
Every door is engineered around its own weight, clearances and use. We specify commercial-grade pivots, tracks and locking hardware, then build around them in solid materials.
Before anything leaves the workshop, it is assembled, tested and adjusted until it moves exactly as it should.
